HOW TO TURN YOUR ANDROID PHONE INTO A WEBCAM
1.You need an android phone.
2.You also need to download IPwebcam from google playstore. You can download it here
3.Open IPwebcam when download is done, you should get an interface similar or the same as the
screenshot below.

4.Now, we have to configure the app to be able to activate or enable the webcam.
5.Scroll a bit down until you see CLOUD STREAMING and Click on it.
- You should get an interface similar to the screenshot below after clicking on CLOUD STREAMING.
- Now click on CLOUD STREAMING ACTIVE
- A pop up menu will appear and click on CREATE ACCOUNT, it will take less than 2 minutes for you to create the account. NB:You will not be redirected to any external link for the account creation.(All processes take place in the app)
- Click the create account button after filling the required information.
- Boom!!!!!. Now, you are done creating your account. Go back after the display of a success pop-up for the account creation.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the app. You will see START SERVER and click on it. 
You should get a display similar to the screenshot below.
7.You will see two https, one containing your phone’s ip address and other one containing a website address.
- You can use any of them to view your device’s webcam.
- Just type in the ip address on your screen into where you type website address in browsers.(Google Chrome recommended)
- or you can go straight and type www.ivideon.com and log in with the account you created earlier.
- NB: Press the home button on your phone in order to run the app in background.
- Dont press the back key on your phone.(else the app will close and you can’t view your webcam)
NB: Android IP address changes since it is dynamic.
- You can use any other device to access your android phone’s webcam. (you must know/memorize either your ip address or your login details
- NB: (don’t forget to add :8080 to your ip address)
- NOW, YOU ARE DONE. YOUR PHONE IS NOW A WEBCAM.
